The fastest way to do this is by filling out this REPAIR REQUEST FORM. We will inform you about the further steps and possible costs in case it is out of our terms of warranty.
Note:
Please do not send us Tentacle devices without contacting us first. In many cases, there are international custom documents needed to ensure the parcel doesn't get stuck at customs.
