We want our Tentacle SYNC E, TRACK E and ORIGINAL devices to be as dependable and long lasting as possible. They get assembled and tested with care in our workshop here in Cologne, Germany. And we would like to offer our support in case you are facing any kind of problems.
We grant a 2 year warranty from the day of the invoice (for the conditions please read this article). After the warranty has expired, most problems that arise can be solved easily by our terrific team in the workshop.
For any repair request please write to us via email@example.com. To speed up processing, you can fill out this form and add it to your email along with a copy of the invoice. We will inform you about the further steps and possible costs.
Please do not send us Tentacle devices without contacting us first. In many cases there are international custom documents needed to ensure the parcel doesn't get stuck or even lost on its way to us.
